About the THc Sunrise Walk

At 5.00am on Sunday 5th September 2010, 1000 women will set off from Thames Valley Athletics Centre, Eton to walk through the town of Eton and Windsor, into Windsor Great Park as the sun rises, to raise funds to help care for local people with a life limiting illness.

To help you prepare for the day we have some training tips to ensure you're in the best possible shape for the walk.

The walk is for women only, of any age or ability (please obtain your doctor's approval if you are in doubt about your health or have a medical condition), and we ask that anyone aged between 13 and 17 years old be accompanied by an adult.
